SOLUTION

Mad Hatter Technology was enlisted to help AlarmForce continue to improve its home surveillance systems, a mobile application needs to be designed and developed for secure monitoring of residential and commercial spaces. A collaborative and consultative design process was used to define and prioritize the features most valued by users. The user interface design led the development, which was a balance of prioritizing key features, interactivity and available options within the application.
