SOLUTION
With a unique design thinking process, a needs analysis is conducted across the entire retirement community. We worked together with staff from Luther Village’s marketing committee and support services to create a digital media presence designed to deliver improved services to the public.
SUCCESS
The new digital presence will lead to a significant increase in online support, reduced staff workload, and overall optimization by streamlining access to information and lifestyle services for members of this community and the public.
