Project Manager

The Project Manager provides strong leadership and management skills to deliver digital engagements on time, according to specs and on budget for our clients. Successful candidates have proven experience and familiarity working on projects related to web platforms and software development and experience delivering engagements with solid project management skills and a high-level of professionalism. You are dependable and enjoy working with clients to help them achieve success.  

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all phases of projects from concept to closure while leveraging Project Management best practices, standards and processes
  • Ability to draft, develop and deliver all key project management documentation inclusive of requirements, project charters, critical paths, status reports, change requests, quality assurance testing reports and software delivery certificates
  • Work to establish project budgets and manage resources accordingly to associated budgets to provide deliverables within expected budgets and timelines 
  • Deliver budget reports to finance services and manage project status reporting
  • Regularly update the project team and the client to provide project progress updates, status, deadlines and key milestones
  • Work in collaboration with the project team to understand customer business challenges and requirements for solutions to achieve deliverables  
  • Create actionable project plans and manage the resources required to deliver engagements to meet timelines
  • Conduct project status meetings with internal team members
  • Coordinate and organize client meetings, stakeholder engagement sessions, internal team meetings and client training sessions
  • Responsible for risk management, issue resolution and conflict management, working through challenges to a positive resolution
  • Working with the client and internal project teams to support the customer’s digital engagement journey throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Knowledge of software development, inclusive of key features, integration options, authentication methods and deployment frameworks
  • Identifying and documenting areas of opportunity to provide feedback to our Product Strategy teams
  • Work closely with key team members for successful customer engagement and smooth project customer experiences
  • Ability to prioritize work to manage multiple customers and projects concurrently to provide an excellent level of project management service


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ hands-on project management experience working in the technology sector and/or software design or the ability to be highly adaptive and receptive to working to gain industry knowledge and experience
  • Proven experience and familiarity with web platforms and software development
  • Sound knowledge of project management techniques, tools and methodologies
  • Proven experience managing and leading multiple large engagement projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting customer expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both in verbal and written communications
  • Strong background and experience working in a customer-oriented environment, preferably within the technology sector, with an ability to build and manage strong internal and external relationships
  • Demonstrated ability with facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and task prioritization
  • Sound judgment, conflict management, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, challenging, multi-tasking environment
  • Positive, personable, collaborative, approachable and hardworking person
  • Driven and motivated to achieve team goals and work in a team environment
