They are responsible for processing all transactions within the company. Regular and routine data inputs into internal finance and management systems are required. As a customer service oriented individual they should have excellent communication skills. With direct access to all clients for accounts receivables, and all suppliers for accounts payables, all finance services communications will be managed in a professional and personable manner. Responsibilities will include management of all quarterly and annual tax payments, purchase orders, vendor information, payables, receivables, and related correspondence and communication to all parties related to financial services.
